Our Curriculum
In this program, individuals work on a variety of tasks which, when mastered, could lead to greater independence and employment. A variety of tasks being addressed, which includes sorting, collating, packaging, and other activities. Size, shape, numbers, and colors are being learned to help the individuals engage in task-oriented work. Consistent work habits are also being practiced including staying on a task until it is completed and working for a specific duration of time. Individuals are learning to endure working in a room with many other people cooperatively. Example: Shopping, Money Management, Bill payment.
The methods used to achieve community integration include:
